Photo and signature size guide for SSC, IBPS, UPSC and NEET
Wrong photo dimensions are one of the most common reasons an application form gets stuck. The table below lists the sizes these exams commonly ask for. Requirements change, so always confirm with your latest official notification.

How to resize in one minute
- Open the photo and signature resizer.
- Pick your exam preset, or type the numbers from your notification.
- Add your photo and download the JPG. Repeat with the signature preset.
Tips for a photo that gets accepted
- Plain light background, face centred, both ears visible.
- No caps or dark glasses unless the notice allows them.
- Sign on white paper with a black or blue pen, then crop tightly.
