About this tool
Exam portals are strict: the wrong width, height or KB and your upload is rejected. Choose a preset or type the numbers from your notification, and we resize, crop and compress your photo to match. If the photo is too small in KB, we pad it safely so it meets the minimum without changing how it looks.

Are the preset sizes official?
They are the common requirements for each exam, but notifications change every year. Always compare with your latest official notice; you can edit every number.
Can I set the DPI?
Yes. Some portals check DPI, so the tool writes the value you choose (200 by default) into the JPG.
My signature has a grey background. What should I do?
Sign on plain white paper in dark ink and scan or photograph it in good light. Use "Fill and crop edges" to cut away the extra margin.
Are my files uploaded to a server?
